Return Policy

At AA & BEEK, we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our products.  We want you to love your AA & BEEK product as much as we do or we’ll do everything in our power to make it right.  Our unwavering commitment to creating the highest quality product parallels our commitment to customer satisfaction. 

 

Returns

To return any AA & BEEK item, you must have your receipt and it must be within 14 days of purchase.  Customized items are not eligible for return.

    To start the return process, please email us at info@AAandBEEK.com and include the following information:

    1. Your order number (from your receipt)
    2. The item(s) you wish to return
    3. The reason you are returning the item(s)
    4. Contact information so we may notify you of the status of your return

    Return your product to: AA & BEEK, 4009 Ravenbrook Ct., Woodbridge, VA, 22193, United States.  We ask that you properly pack and secure your item(s) in original packaging, if possible, and keep your shipping receipt for your records. 

     

    Refunds

    You will get an email notification once your return has been received and inspected.  Assuming there is no damage to the item(s), your refund will be processed.  A refund for the original purchase price of the item(s) will be applied back to your credit card.  Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise.  It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

     

    Exchanges

    Exchanges are only allowed in the event an item is damaged during shipping or in the event an item has a manufacturer's defect.  We don't allow exchanges on undamaged products unless the exchange can be made in person.  The reason for this is that damage can occur when the item is shipped back to us, making it unacceptable for resale.

     

    Damaged or Defective Items

    If damage occurs during shipping, please send a photo of the damage to us at info@AAandBEEK.com within two days of receipt.  Please also file a claim with USPS for the damaged item.  We will send you a return shipping label and you may send the damaged item back for a full refund or replacement item.

    If you receive an item with a manufacturer's defect, please send a photo of the defect to us at info@AAandBEEK.com within two days of receipt.  We will send you a return shipping label and you may send the defective item back for a full refund or replacement item.
